Brothers,
As we officially enter the beginning of the fraternal year, I can't help but also recognize that we are entering the Fall season - a time of renewal, a time of refocus and preparation.
With a new theme of Building Better Bonds for Greater Service, my goal is simple... “To ensure that our brothers are building stronger bonds with each other, that will in turn foster greater service to the communities we serve”. Focusing our energies on a more tailored approach to 1. Build Organizational Structure, 2. Train for leadership and 3. Enforce Brand Management, this is the season of charting new courses, a course of reclamation.
I have learned over time to put together the chapter we need to deliver value and impact, then place the brothers we have in that framework. We will not reimagine the chapter based on the Brothers we have.
This is our season to restore our chapter to greatness in Brooklyn and beyond. Brothers, I can't do this alone, collectively we each can each do something to make us great!
